Corona Virus Impact

Due to the huge increase in freight volumes as more people are shopping online, we are experiencing delays with our freight providers and their networks. Unfortunately, this means your parcel delivery may be delayed, but rest assured we are doing everything we can to minimise delays.

Within Australia:


Delivery Carriers

The services we use for most of our deliveries are Australia Post, Couriers Please TNT & DHL.
With these services the contractor will deliver your item to your nominated delivery street address. If no one is home, the contractor will leave a Re-Delivery Card.
This Re-Delivery Card informs the receiver that a delivery has been attempted but there was no one in attendance. The parcel is then held by the contractor or at the local depot for 48 hours.

Our delivery contractors typically deliver during business hours so if you are not expecting to be home during these hours, we suggest, if practical, to provide your work address as the delivery address

When we dispatch your order, an email will be sent to you to notify you of the carrier selected and advise a consignment note which may be used for track and trace.

Transit guidelines (approximate only):

Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney & Adelaide Metro: 2-4 working days
Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney & Adelaide Regional areas: 3-5 working days
Queensland & Tasmania Metro area: 3-5 working days
Other Capital & Regional areas: 3-10 working days

Orders outside of Australia:

With the current COVID crisis and the impacts and increased expense on freight We have temporarily suspended online international orders. Please email us your order and we can advise the current freight cost. We are working on implementing live rates but in the interim you will need to email us to confirm the cost.

Alperstein Designs  does not convert the total price of Orders into other currencies. We will bill your credit or debit card or PayPal account in Australian dollars and the card company or PayPal will convert the charges for you. If you have any questions about currency conversions please contact your bank or financial institution.

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.

Customers outside Australia may also be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.
