Tea Towel Gift Wrapping!

Tea Towel Gift Wrapping!

Tea towels are not only great for drying dishes... They also make great gift wrapping!

We all love wrapping paper but for most people it's straight to the recycling bin...

Tea towels are the solution you weren't even looking for! Take 2 gifts - for example a Ruth Stewart Fine Bone China Tea pot and wrap it up in a matching Ruth Stewart Tea Towel! Bam! 2 presents in one!

It's pretty simple really - we used some material (ours is binding) and that seems to do the trick in terms of holding the tea towel nice and neat. You can also use string or twine or anything that has a bit of durability.

Happy wrapping!

Step 1: Grab a tea towel and your gift. We've gone for the Ruth Stewart Tea pot. It's a tad easier if the gift you choose comes in in a box.

Step 2: Open out your tea towel with the front facing down. Lay your box in the middle.

Step 3: Fold over 2 sides...

Step 4: Bring up the opposing sides and bunch it all up in the middle

Step 5: Grab some binding or string...

Step 6: Loop the loop around the tea towel material bunched up

Step 7: Tie a bow and you are good to go!
